Take the bus Nr 11. The bus stop is close to the train station on the other side of the station.
Near (about 100 m) the station on your right hand side is a tunel. Go through the tunel. You should find the stop "Wicentego Pola-tunel". The bus operates almost every hour.

From Wroclaw
Take a train going to Jelenia Góra or Szklarska Poręba. You have to travel by a kind of a slow train (pociag osobowy). It's marked black on a time table. The journey lasts about 3 hours.

Take a train going to Wroclaw. The journey lasts about 10 minutes.
The walking distance between the station and the palace is about 20 minutes.
