You shouldn't miss the restaurant's elegant interiors.
Favorite Dish: This exclusive restaurant serves fine polish and other european cusine. It's still not too expensive looking at it from the western perspective (~35 zloty for an entree).

I'm using my friend's help on this subject. I haven't been to Lodz in a few years now. Many things changed. I asked him to recommend a few places to me. I'm going to Lodz this summer and I want to know the places that cannot be missed.
I trust his judgement so if you decide to go there I hope you like them too.
'U Chochola'
An old-fashioned polish tavern. The place is decorated in a folk style. The waiters wear colorful, traditional folk costumes from the Podhale region (in the mountains).
Many items on the menu have original Podhale dialect spellings so it might get difficult trying to figure out what's what even if you know polish. But that's the whole fun of it!!!

Manufactura is a mall located in the middle of Lodz, in restored factory buildings.
It is great place to spend a day shopping, entertaining and enjoying nice food or something sweet.

This charming restaurant is situated in the Baluty district. It occupies a historic palace (small palace). I love the place for its unique atmosphere (they have a coat room).
