Be very careful with your valuables. There are a lot of people, so don't leave your cameras or other valuables unguarded. I unfortunately saw this man, he suddenly realized he had left his camera on the table and now it was gone. Mind your stuff!

Remember that the weather in the mountains can change within minutes so if you're going on a day trip, even if the morning is clear and warm, make sure you take some warm clothes with you and never forget a raincoat. One more thing that people do not always realize is that the temperature in the mountains is much lower than it is in lower parts of the region, don't be deceived by the sun. At night it can be quite freezing. On the other hand, climbing in the open area on a clear, sunny day can cause a sunburn if you don't take precautions. Believe it or not, but this year, on the last day of my trip the sun burned my ears so, that the skin peeled off in thick flakes a few days later. I remembered to put some blocker on my face but I forgot about my ears.

I know many people who like to do their hikings quietly; Just enjoying the sceneries, taking photos.
Be warned, in summer at least, the trails up The Lake Morskie Oko will be full of people, especially young students, who are so noisy, as if going up the mountains make them free of any responsibility in life !
Well, if I was younger & could speak Polish, I would be joining them anyway.
Anyway, there are many trails we can reach the lake; The hard way (no people !) or the easy way (along with everybody !) ; The choice is yours !
