'Dexter' restaurant is the place I would recommend, provided that you like pizza. There are only 4 tables there, so it is not easy get a table there, especially in the summer.
As far as I remember they have always had reasonable pricing and kind service. There are only four tables there so it is never too loud and they have fire place. So if you want to eat and chill out that's the place.

Capriciosa is their speciality, at least in my opinion. Apart from that they serve different kinds of pizzas and some starters as well.

This is a small restaurant nestled in one of the side streets in Rzeszow. The food served is great if you want to experience local cusine, you can eat dishes such as Pierogi Ruskie (like Ravioli) or Bigos (Hunters Stew). The food is warm and filling and the service is friendly.

If you prefer you can just stop by and get yourself a drink from the range of beers and spirits, it's a nice meeting place to have a coffee or just chat with friends and there is a cosy soft seating area in the back.

The name of this restaurant is the Czarny Kot, literally the Black Cat.

Try the Pierogi Ruskie, not exactly a Polish dish, originally Russian, but eaten all over Poland. Small parcels of mashed potato and cheese wrapped like ravioli in a pasta case. Served with caramelised onions. Its warm and filling, perfect food for the cold Polish winter!
