Gdansk Airport

Gdansk airport offers connections to Warsaw and Copenhagen with Lot Polish Airlines and SAS (both members of Star Alliance).

The airport is just the kind I like. Not very big but there are enough facilities to make you feel comfortable while you wait for your flight.

I've no idea about buses from the airport as my friend always collected me but as with all airports, there are a number of taxis waiting outside ready to exploit vunerable tourists/businessmen.

Gdansk Rebiechowo airport is about 15km west of the city. Buses from the airport are nos: 110 & B. LOT also runs a bus service hourly I think.

There is a LOT office in Gdansk centre at:
ul. Waly Jagiellonskie 2/4, near the Upland Gate. (tel: 301-1161).

The main LOT website address is shown below.

Take a plane from abroad or from other major city in Poland. LOT is the most expensive Polish airline. However if you're travelling to Gdansk in business, time counts.

Gdansk has its own airport. LOT the Polish National Airline offers both international and domestic flights with Warsaw being their hub. They are members of the Star Alliance.
