Around Lodz Piotrkow is an old city for a short stop.
Czestochowa + Jura (Polish type Jurassic Park- hahaha) can be combined.
Kielce itself are good for max half a day including museums.

Kielce has reasonable connections with the rest of Poland, 2 hours from Krakow by train. If you need the bus station look for the strange 60's style futuristic flying saucer!

Favorite thing: Kielce doesn't have a rynek like most Polish cities, but there is one street (Ul Sienkiewicza)
that dominates the city.

The heart of the Swietokrzyskie Mountains
I used to live in Kielce for 9 years so this city is very special to me. There's a lot to see in the city as well as in the whole region. Just don't tell anyone that you're from Radom.
