I really cannot speak highly enough about this place. Were in not for the fact that I'd eaten some delightful venison in Scotland the previous week, I could honestly have said that this was the best meal I had enjoyed in years.
The decor is modern with a centrepiece of the Leaning Tower of Pisa serving as the repository for the spirits bottles. The service is efficient and friendly, with good English spoken and English menus. It seems to be a place for romantic trysts as, on the Saturday night we visited, there were nothing but couples there.
When we visited, my ex-girlfriend only wanted a lightish meal and had what she declared to be a wonderful pizza, which was prepared and cooked in the main part of the restaurant while we watched. I shall go on (at length) about the wonderful meal I had in the next section!
Whilst this place is probably quite expensive by local standards, by London standards, it was an absolute bargain, the entire meal (starters, mains, a couple of drinks and coffee) coming to around £20. In a city which seems blessed with great eating options (see other tips), this place really stands out. An absolute must.
Favorite Dish: Although predominantly an Italian restaurant, there was an extensive game menu, it being December. After much deliberation, I plumped for what was called the Forest Managers Choice. This consisted of various cuts of venison, wild boar and liver offered with a beautiful rich sauce and served with pan-fried pear with cranberry compot and cheese croquettes.
To be honest, and I'm not known for being short of something to say, words almost fail me. It was absolutely divine. The meat was prepared beautifully and the accompaniments did exactly what the word implies, with the pear and cranberry cutting through the richness of the sauce. An inspired combination.
I really could go on, but I think you've probably got the idea by now.
It's a nice place to eat pizza and other dishes (very good salad). You can also order food by phone to your home. Santorini Bar & Restaurant Szczecin is located in the center of the city on Tkacka Street. I like this place.

A nice place to eat pizza. It is not located not in the centre of Szczecin, but near Pogodno / Krzekowo district of town. You can also order pizza by phone to your home.
Favorite Dish: in "Perugia" I especially like a pizza with a cheese, sauce, tuna fish, pine apple and corn - really delicious
This place is about 40 min north of Szczecin on the polish/german border.
It is located in small fishing village called Nowe Warpno.
We go there few times every summer as the food is outstanding.
Favorite Dish: We love their fish soup and fish soup with fish pierogi.
We love fried fish and pierogi and salad.
Clearly everything they have is delicious.

This place is a gem.
You can find it on a local road that goes from Goleniow to Wolin.
We like to drive on this road is it is not too much traffic comparing to the main road.
In a small village called Zarnowo there is a small B&B or Agroturystyka as they call it in Poland.
The place is run by an Italian husband and Polish wife.
He cooks right there in the main dining room and BOY HE COOKS!!!
Food is really delicious and pizza is outstanding.

W. Koch is one of the oldest (after WWII) bakeries in Szczecin.
During communism they had only one store and the line was always out of the door.
Now they have several stores and cafes where you can enjoy great paczki and jagodzianki and have delicious cappuccino.

The waitresses are probably the nicest in entire city of Szczecin. They will go out of their way to please their costumer. If you go there often they will remember your favorite drinks and make them the way you like it.
Aside of different type of coffee and tea they also have small food menu. Their mozzarella and tomato salad is pretty good.
Often they have home made ice cream - last summer they made green tea ice cream - and that is very unusual for Poland.
We go there pretty much every day we are in Szczecin.

Pasztecik is a dish typical to Szczecin and a favorite snack of many Szczeciners and tourists. Paszteciks are made of deep-fried rolled yeast cake, stuffed with meat or vegetable filling. The most popular stuffings are: meat, cabbage with forest mushrooms and cheese with champignons. On the outside, the cake is crispy and slightly crunchy; inside it is tender and delicate. Paszteciks are usually served with spicy barszcz (beetroot soup).
There are many places in Szczecin where you can eat paszteciks, but the best are served in the oldest pasztecik diner in the city, founded in 1969. Its decor, unchanged since the communist era, is quite austere, but many guests say it makes this place really atmospheric and gives it the historic charm.
Favorite Dish: Paszteciks with barszcz :) (in fact, it's the only dish served there). One pasztecik costs around 2.00 PLN (around 0.50 EURO) and 3 paszteciks are enough to get full.
