Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: wind chill factor in august needs consideration its freezing!!!!! but you'll get a great tan! all surfers appeared to be in winter style wetsuits.

Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: If you're going to Sagres, DOUBLE CHECK that you've got your swimming trunks. I forgot mine and ended up hanging around the beach in my underwear for a week!
