if you have time and actually staying in town for the night, you should go for a walk inside the walls. Inside the walls you have the normal "inside wall" town from medieval times back from the moorish presence. The castle inside had several updates during its latest centuries.
You should visit the castle during the night. I mean the town inside castle walls which at night gain a special moorish ambiance.
