Luso is one of the most used words in Portugal, because it is the water that everybody drinks (even if it comes from other places, with other brands, almost like the gillete from BIC, for instance, the name is commonly used to ask for bottled water).
Luso is also one of the top thermal destinations in Portugal. Halfway from the great park of Bussaco, and the gastronomic "cathedrals" of Mealhada, even for those who skip the spa, Luso is a good and quiet place to stop, in the middle of Portugal.

When you stay in Portugal, you sure see the name "Luso" on a mineral water bottle - Luso is one of the most famous bottled waters in Portugal. So when you visit this part of the country, don't miss to visit the spring of Luso. It's in the middle of the town and it is accessible to the public.
Thus, when you go to Luso, don't forget to bring lots of empty bottles with you!
