The fountain on the main square is the favorite place of this little guys when Evoras extreme hot comes in the summer (can go up tp 48 degrees celcius). Very nice to watch them bathing on the fountain. Leave a Comment

Be careful, when taking pics on the flat roof of the cloisters of the cathedral, a step back and you might fall into this medieval trap, a narrow spiral staircase that has no fence at all and nothing to hold on, when walking down. The upper part of the stair is lighted by the daylight and the exit below gets some light from the cloisters, but several steps in between dont get any light at all and you have to step down like a blind.
There is also absolutely no other way than a one-way-trafic, but the right direction of each of the 2 stairs is nowhere indicated ! Leave a Comment
