Well, it's not a restaurant, it's a bar. Great ginginha (the best I've tried in Óbidos).
I thought the bar name was german but the bar owner explanined it was a moorish name. It means D. Afonso Henriques (Portugal's first king). Ibn means "son of", Errik is the name of D. Afonso Henriques father (D. Henrique). Very interesting!
The bar is very cool, it has lots of small bottles on the cealing and the walls are covered with old plates and stuff. (check out the picture).
If you want to taste the ginginha of Óbidos try it here. (ssssoooo sweet)

A friend and I we're trying to have lunch, but when we read the menus, it seemed that all restaurants were beyond our budget. However, in Rua Direita, just opposite a 'ginjinha bar', we found a small cafe/restaurant, pretty cheap with nice food. Needless to say, we made all our meals there while in Obidos.
Favorite Dish: Nice local wine!

When in Obidos don’t miss the ginjinha in some of their bars. Ginjinha is typical Portuguese liquor made with a fruit that is called (in Portuguese) Ginja - it is similar to a cherry. This liquor is quite tasty. In Obidos, on the main street, you will find several places where you may taste this national liquor. Cheers!

A medieval place under an arch, has the perfect ambiance for a drink at night. A few sort of "tapas" is available, to "enhance" the conversation.

There are a few little places in the village where you can buy an ice cream or a snack. I didn't see many actual restaurants, just places where you can grab a quick bite to eat

Obidos is precious, a typical village where tourism dominates, but where we easily forget the touristy "machine" so discreet as efficient.
