A roundabout in Portugal means a fountain or a statue. Near the fort, the solution was a statue as a celebration of the sailors. Well... reasonable idea, but... ugly piece.
I only noticed it yesterday, and I can´t say if it happened because it is brand new or... I was lucky the other times!
