CCB Cafe/Shops, Praca do Imperio, Pastries: Leisurely evening

My friend and I stayed in Belem until about 9:30pm on a Sunday evening. We felt entirely safe, there were many others, including families, still walking around.

    My recommendation:
After a long day in Belem, go to the gardens at the Centro Cultural de Belem, have a snack or drink at the cafe, and take some sunset photos from the garden (outside the cafe.)

Check out the dozen or so shops at the Centro Cultural de Belem, which are open until 8:00pm. Listen to and buy some cool CDs from the music shop (near the entrance) or one-of-a-kind gadgets from the Design and Architecture shop.

Walk out to the Praca do Imperio and take some night photos of the fountain with the Mosteiro de Jeronimos in the background.

Head to Pasteis de Belem or other cafe/restaurant and have a bite to eat before catching the bus/tram back to downtown Lisbon.

    Dress Code: Casual evening

    cultural events almost everyday.
a modern and handsom audytorium where
music and dancing shows take place and from
    around the world companies.
