Well, if you bodyboard or surf you have heard of Ericeira with its many reefs, points and beach breaks.
Withing 10Km you can find something for anybody. Heavy 12 foot reefs, super shallow and hollow reefs. Nice reefbreaks, good pointbreaks.
And the beauty is, that with any swell directions, some reef or beach will be going off, and it will start <1 feet and get over 12.
Equipment: Make sure that you know what you can and want to surf, as you could use your quiver of boards. Just make sure that the leashes are strong enough as the waves are powerfull.
