Favorite thing: Lisbon is a great city and its coastline is beautiful. Estoril is a nice reosrt with fine beaches and its worth the 3 km walk from Estoril to Cascais along the seafront. Cascais is a nice town with its small winding streets and little boutiques and its small port with all the boats coming in.

Fondest memory: Laying on the beach!

  • Budget car + driver for Sintra, Cascais etc...

Favorite thing: If you wish to explore around Lisboa, check it out a website called www.rentalocalfriend.com
This is an alternative service where locals make themselves available to show visitors their favourite local spots in Lisboa, Sintra and Cascais.
They have good unexpensive deals for private car and driver rentals for the day.

Fondest memory: Definetly one of the most unique places I ever visited was Sintra.
Just a one hour from Lisboa, the castles and old mansions bring a unforgettable experience to it.

Favorite thing: ...Originally it served as a fortress. Nowadays local people seem to gather here around the park during the summer weekends. Wishing I had some sparkling in my backbag...!

Favorite thing: ...People tend to come here during weekends with families, so our idea to have a Sunday lunch at one of the local beer houses like Sagres or Portugalia was made impossible!...
