What to buy: A bottle of the PORTO... as this famous product is very expensive if you buy it out of Portugal
In Airport of Porto... you have a Porto Wine shop
IThere you can buy the bottles at very good price, as this shop is a official information point of this product, that is tutored by the Instituto do Vinho do Porto - a national organisn that watch over for the quality of Porto Wine
At this shop the visitor will be offered a wide selection of Port Wine of different types and brands at extremely interesting prices. There is also a very wide range of books and other materials dedicated to Porto wine and its region.

The port wineries give tours and tastings. Calem charged a small fee for the tour and the 4 tastings.

What to buy: It is impossible to leave Oporto without a bottle of Port wine.

What to pay: Some are very expensive but you can get a decent bottle (Tawny) for around $15. You can also pickup a 20 year old port for about $50.
