Traffic in Porto can be chaotic. Rush hours often prove to be stressful and moving around by car can take a lot of time. So if you are driving in Porto be careful with rush hours and take that into account when "measuring" time. Parking might also be difficult, depending on which city neighbourhood you are visiting.
