Favorite thing: The sugar was the main currency of exchange with the kingdom that, since the beginning, was requested for the national merchants. People changed a great variety of necessary products (tools, cloths, fabrics, roofing tile, ware, iron, salt, oil). It was sufficient for the consumption of the islands and the kingdom, and still enough to export to the foreigner.
