Lonely Planet claims this is the best restaurant in Montenegro, and when I mentioned it to several people in Budva and Bar they all knew about it. They specialize in fish, and there aren’t a huge number of options on the menu. What they serve, though, is delicious.
I was advised to have the fish soup, with fresh bread, and the eel, served fried with potatoes and spinach. I'm not a connoisseur of fish, and have never had eel before, but I was not disappointed. It looked like there was a nice wine list. Service was impeccable, and inside seating was low-key elegant. The restaurant faces the old bridge the restaurant is named for and the quiet river.
This isn’t the easiest town to get to, and there are a couple of places where it would be easy to make a wrong turn into remote places. It’s well worth the trip.

Fantastic view as well as the food. There is a variety of local speciallities. You should try smoked KRAP ( carp ) as well as fried with wich the Scadar Lake is very rich. As a starter you can take smoked fried UKLJEVA, I dom't know english word for it, but it is small fish from the local lake.
