Can’t remember the name of this bar, but it very easy to find...It’s the one at the very end of the Mala Plaza beach and sits on stilts over the water. Have to mention this bar not only for the great views across the bay but for the friendly staff. We popped in after a stroll one evening for a few beers and to watch the sunset. Ended up staying quite a while and were pleasantly surprised when the barman suddenly arrived with a big plate of cevapi (grilled meatballs) and bread for us to munch on. Not only this but when we enquired as to where to find internet access, the barman pulled pout his own laptop and let us use it for as long as we wished. Great atmosphere and decor too.

cafe montenegro is one of the flashiest bars in ulcinj.
it is not expensive though and the staff is very professional and freindly.
they also show champions league.
a big bonus for a real man.
