The present Catholic Church was built in 1830, on the site of the older one from 1763. The tower was added in 1923.
The inside is richly decorated. The stained-glass windows were made by Kratzman Ede in 1892, while the Altar painting, ‘The Assumption of the Virgin’, is the work of Mor Tan.

At the very centre of Becej, there's this monumental Serbian Orthodox Church, built in 1858, according to the plans of Andrija Smaus and Jovan Somborski. It's dedicated to St George.
As you can see, there are 3 towers symbolising the Holy Trinity.
Inside the church, you can admire the paintings of Uros Predic, our famous 19th-century artist. The most distinguished work here is probably Predic's iconostasis with 63 icons, each representing the best of the 19th-century religious art. Taking pictures inside the church is prohibited!
Predrag Jovanovic from Novi Sad cast the church bells.

Near Becej, about 14km towards Backa Topola, there's an old castle, once owned by Bogdan Dundjerski. The castle was built in the 1920s.
It's been restaurated and converted into the hotel Fantast.
There's St George chapel nearby, with valuable iconostasis done by Uros Predic.
In the surroundings, there's also a famous horse farm, where they raise thoroughbred and semibred racing horses. In fact, the hotel got its name after 1 of the horses, who won a triple crown in 1932.

Moreover, there is a park with many different tree species and arranged footpaths inside the complex and the tennis courts near the hotel are at the tourists' disposal. In addition to that, there is also a small airport for small planes

This Yellow building is situated in Boris Kidric Street. I don't know how old it is but I was fascinated by architecture and it beauty. That style of main doors on house we call "ainfort" doors. It's typical for old houses built in XIX century. Mostly rich and noble families had that type of doors on their houses. Above the doors sometimes you can see name of that family and year when the building was built.

The building has extreme architectonic value and represents an unusual mixture of baroque, romance and neoclassical architecture. The castle consists of two circular and two conical towers, and the biggest one that dominates.
