Two Jelenas at Gaučosi by Aurorae Gaučosi is a fantastic place with live music and DJ in the breaks - the music is fabulous, be it the exsquisite band who plazs there or the DJ's choice of tunes. Be sure to make a reservations on Saturdays, otherwise you won't get in. And arrive sooner, because after midnight it gets PACKED, it is very difficult to break through the crowd! A journey to the restrooms lasted full 20 minutes, believe it or not! That's the place where we had a big VT meeting on April 2nd, 2005 and had a super blastful time! On the photo zou can see VT member Jeca011 (wonderful, crazy girl!) and my minority in Gaučosi. by Biljana Amphora is a good place to go and have some drinks. This floating river cafe has a stunning interior. Out of all the river cafes I've been to this one is my favorite. The interior designer really did a top notch job here. The furniture is elegant, funky and comfy. The staff is extremely helpful. You can sit inside or on the terrace outside. We sat outside by the Danube which was lovely on a warm July evening.
There is no official dress code, but the place is so elegant that it's a shame to enter it looking scruffy. I do recommend putting on mosquito repellant before you come here cause the amount of mosquitos that bit me during the three hours I set on the terrace was unbelievable. The cafe staff even put out mosquito repelling burning spiral thingys all over the terrace, but believe me they do not HELP. Beogradska Filharmonija by Biljana Beogradska Filharmonija (Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra) is the main source of entertainment for fans of classical music in Belgrade. The concert hall of the orchestra was recently renovated. Then again renovation might not be the right word since the building is now barely recognizable when compared to its former self. Now on top of great acoustics which were always pleasing to the ear, the hall is now a pleasant sight for the eyes. The building that houses Beogradska Filharmonija, now has a rather modern look consisting of a mix of glass and very shiny marble. The concert hall now has new seats, new wooden flooring, new lighting and new ventilation system. In fact, the only aspect of the concert hall that wasn't changed was the hall acoustics. I attend a concert here last time in the winter of 2002. The tickets were beyond cheap, approximately $2. I got in for free cause my best friend is a musician and hence sometimes obtains free tickets.
Most people dress up when they go to a classical music concert. At a concert of Beogradska Filharmonija most people are rather elegant. If you happen to be there like I was, on a night when foreign dignitaries are present, you'll get to see women in expensive designer clothing and jewellery. Beogradska Filharmonija has a free coat check so you can leave those bulky winter coats outside the concert hall. by Jelena & LiePGP by Aurorae Kalemegdan is wonderfully illuminated by night. The fortress and castles are golden/copper shining, and the military/history museum has a light show of changing colours and disco twinkle. :) No matter what people might say, Kalenmegdan is a great nightlife spot, especiallyin the summer. Beautiful views, great cafes, a skating ice rink in the winter, working non-stop and so much more. Leave a Comment Theme: OtherDirections: Kalemegdan

A great place in the tower of Kalemegdan Fortress, a cafe in several stories, where you can order by interphone. ) There are great pictures and antiquities hanging on the walls. It's THE place for quiet, romantic atmosphere, it's never crowded and all the tables are in separe, where you can have your own privacy. Music is excellent and not loud, as usual. There are lots of possibilities to take spooky photos!!! And the place is not crowded! Leave a Comment Theme: Other

Nikola by Ankhesenamun On the first night, they´ve brought me to this "Silicone Valey" street. Well, i understood why they call it like that. A lot of girls, almost blondes, having very less clothes, but a lot of silicone. It was really funny:) Anyways, the place was really crowded and the music was good. So, if you like such kind of places, go to the Valey.
