In Ivanjica most of the people live on picking raspberry and sell it. They pick in the summer (no matter how warm it is) for a few months and the money the make must last for the winter. So it´s not so eazy to live like this.

I picked raspberry 1 day when it was about 40 degrees c. And belive my that was not so eazy, your burning up in the sun, you must bend alot and it´s a downhill. It was fun the first half an hour but the rest of the 4 hours was a pain in the ##**¨^## .

But altroug it was an great experience to see how people live here and what they do to survive.

If you wisit Ivanjica, ask one of the lokals if you can go with them and pick raspberry, they will take you with, two extra hands are always welcome.
