dragansin Says: In the city center theres mostly cafes, restaurants and shopps on the mainstreet. There are several statues and monuments in the city center just by the main street that are worth visiting. The statues and monuments are from WW2.

WESTERN CITY HOTEL: IN THE CITY CENTER
gugi66 Says: IT´S A OK HOTEL, BUT SINCE THE HOTEL IS LOCATED ON THE MAIN STREET BE PREPARED TO HEAR NOISES AND SCREAMS OUTSIDE THE WINDOWS, SINCE THE MOST OF THE CAFÉ AND RESTURANTS ARE JUST OUTSIDE. IN THE CENTER CITY. IT CANT BE BETTER.
Helpfulness
A small but good local resturant, a littel old style inside, it has a few tables outside. You wont go hungry from the resturant. You get a lot of fod for your money. Good service.
Favorite Dish: The most usual is mesano meso (mixed meat) where you get a little of everything. Dont miss the sopska salata (salad with tomatoes, cucumber, onions and goat chees) it´s almost better then the meat.

Almost all shops are placed on the main street (no cars allowed), there are some shops aroud the main steets aswell. Here you can shop and take a break in one of many cafes and restaurants on the street.

If you wisit Serbia you will at least once in you stay grill a pig or eat a grilled pig. This is how Serbian people gather their family and friends, the grill a pig or a lamb on a spit.
Even thoug most of the Serbian people are poor, they always manage to offer food and drinks to their guests.
