"Porto Bello" is just a cafe on the river Nisava, open daily from 10-02. It isn't much of a nightlife spot, unless you enjoy those "see and be seen" places, but it is really cool during daytime- great coffee, great service and great view on the river. What more does one need for relaxation? :)
Dress Code: Dress code is not official, but do try to look smart when you go there in the evenings, as the people who hang out there do.

"Porto Bello" is a fantastic cafe on the banks of Nisava river, a river boat cafe 7 club, a raft on the river. It's the best place to go out and enjoy classy atmosphere and the best scenery. The staff is extremely kind and friendly. It is in the very center, and for the moment, the ONLY river boat cafe in town!!!
