The Cair Stadium was built in 1963 and has a capacity of 15.000 (individual seats) or up to 60.000 (standing terraces).
It is the home ground of the Serbian football club FC Radnicki Nis, which plays in Serbia's second league.
The Stadium is part of a sports complex which among others, consists of a multipurpose arena, an indoor swimming pool and several tennis courts.

The Cair Stadium can be found in the biggest park of Nis, called Cair Park. It is situated about 15 minutes on foot southeast of the city centre.
