    Your see lots of Buses like this in Novi Sad that go all over the City and there are lots of Bus stops everywhere. Personally I think they can be to over crowded at times so I would rather walk.
    A handy phrase in Serbian would be :
    "Kuda vozi ovaj autobus?" which means where does this bus go?

    • Well, Novi Sad is not such a big town so I prefer walking around. I think you can get almost anywhere around Novi Sad in half an hour by foot.
    But for those who dosn't like to walk here are some taxi numbers:

    SOS taxi: 450-400
    PAN taxi: 455-555
    Vojvodjani: 522-333
    Grand taxi: 333-333
    Dobro jutro: 633-22-22

    Novi Sad is easily reachable by train, the railway goes through the middle of Balkan, and it's the main railway on it, going from Athens through FYROM Macedonia and Serbia to Budapest, Hungary in a straight line (more or less).
    When you see this table, it means you are in Novi Sad! :)

    Novi sad is not to hard to explore . It is not too big , but still very interesting , with lots of wonderful places to see . This is how bus stop looks like .

    If you need any info , you can ask any person arround , from my personal experience Novi Saders ( Novosadjani , in Serbian ) are VERY pleasant , helpful and nice . They will help you find what you looking for :)

    Novi Sad is a port, both of economic and touristic importance. Many cruise ships dock there on their voyage on Danube. There is a passport control deck and usually buses pick up the passangers and take them for sightseeing, although the center is just a step away!
    This huge German cruise ship VIKTORIA is just arriving, behind my friend Vlada.

    It is easily to get there from Belgrade by train. But if you will take just slow train it takes ages to go there. Fast trains aren't that expensive and in other parts of Europe. It is cheaper than buses.
    I travelled by fast train totally full. :)) Really socializing time. Don't wonder if locals smoke in the train however there are no smoking signs but no one respects it. :)

    The bus station next to the train station serves a wide variety of international and domestic bus lines. It is located at the begining of main bulevard of Novi Sad.
