The meat prepared this way is delicios. You can choose pork or lamb and sometimes goat meat.Hehehe, don't be afraid you do not have to buy it whole, half kilo would be enough. It might look ...well you know, but belive me it doesn't taste as it looks.

Pork and sheep are most likely to be eaten on wedings, or some other celebration .

By national cuisine I mean mixture of all kinds of cuisines ...Arab ( above all Turkish ) , Hungarian , Mediteran ...that is all joined here in one Serbian cuisine ...
BE AWARE : Eating in Serbia means no info about Cal or KJ ... lots of meat , fat food LOL BUT very tasty :)))
