It is a village 24 kilometers from Bajina Basta . It boast an old 18th century inn named Mojkovica han.
The village is famous for the prophets the Tarabic family. They prophesied in th 19 century what will happen in our own times and later. Many of the Kremna Prophecies have turned out to be true.
The Tarabic family prophets is the Serb version of Nostradamus predictions.
Kremna is located on 750-850m above sea level. If on this ideal high, regarding the climate conditions, we add the flowering meadows, mountain branches fool of coniferous forests, clear springs and brooks, Mt. Tara and Mt. Zlatibor vicinity of villages of Kosjeric and little town Ivanjica, we can conclude that Kremna has ideal conditions for true rest and developing of the tourism.

Very close to the station of Mokra Gora there is this etno village. Here you can see few museums, Kusturica's house and the beutiful view. There are also a library, the museum of memories ... Here you can see pictures taken in the war from 1990 till 1999.
In Kusturica's house there is also a smaller cinema where the movie LIFE IS A MIRACLE has been seen for the first time .
At the picture there are WE (my friends from school) in front of Kursturica's house .

At Mokra Gora along the Uzice-Visegrad highway an array of tombstones(stecci) maay been seen. It is one of the numerous such roadside markers in western Serbia erected in memory of the dead.
The stones dated from the late 14th to 16th century and are shaped like tablets, prisms and posts adorned with ornaments -swords , shields, stags, crescents ,circles in low relief !

It is a part of an old narow-gage railway joining Visegrad with Uzice from 1935.
The line through unspoiled nature of one of the most beautiful parts of Europe has been revived for tourists.It offers a nostalgic journey into the past.
Old stations at Mokra Gora and Jatare have been reconstucted. steam engine chungs up the mountain through narrow ,rocky passes and over high ridges. At Sargan pass the tracks form the air ,looks looks like number eight . (8) Numerous tunnels and brigges help the train overcome the 300 meter high difference in elevation between Mokra Gora and Sargan.
At this magical spot famous director Emir Kusturica filmed his most recenr picture LIFE IS A MIRACLE .

Panciceva omorika is a very special tree which grows only in Serbia. It is named by the famous Serbian nature scientist Josif Pancic. It is one of the most important tree species in the Europe because of its special biological and other qualities. Remember : only in Serbia !
