Danube (the biggest Central European) and Sava (the biggest Balkanian river) can make big problems in this part of year. With their tributaries (Sava is Danube's tribitary) usualy make flood around. But, comunal servicies, with a help of Army and citizens, are always ready for that kind of trouble.
This pictures were taken at Zemun quay on 11th April 2006. And water level is stil rise and rain stil falls. We hope everything will be all right.

THIS IS A POOR PICTURE OF A CASINO IN ZEMUN... BUT YOU'LL GET THE IDEA.
THERE ARE SEVERAL OF THESE IN ZEMUN. TWO THAT I CAN THINK OF RIGHT NOW ARE ON PRVOMAJSKA AND THE OTHER IS ON NOVOGRADSKA. I RECALL SEEING OTHERS DOWNTOWN BY THE MAIN ZEMUN POST OFFICE.
YOU CAN PLAY ELECTRONIC GAMES OR WATCH FOOTBALL MATCHES ON TV FROM ALL OVER EUROPE. ON ANOTHER TV THERE WILL BE GAME SCORES AND STATS IN A BY THE MINUTE REPORT. THIS WILL TELL YOU WHAT MATCHES YOU LOST YOUR BET ON AND GIVES YOU TIME TO REFLECT ON HOW MUCH MONEY YOU HAVE LOST. I KNOW SEVERAL POOR SOULS THAT LOST BIG WHILE I WAS THERE.
