Sinaia Orthodox church

This lovely church is situated on the monastry grounds. It is very colourful and beautiful. It is the biggest church in Sinaia, and this is where the main religious events take place. The inside is also very nice.

Peles Castle

This one is a must-see.It used to be the residence of King Carol I and when it was built was one of the most modern and comfy castles of Europe. The interiors are nice but nothing you have not seen in other castles across Europe. Besides the guided tour is not what I would call knowledgeable. Quite short and not very interesting. I heard over the radio whilst being there that they have given the castle back to its original owners.

Unfortunately you are not allowed to enter the monastry, but it is a lovely building.
