From Constantza ( Railway Station ) to Mamaia resort you can take Constanta City tour buses from 9 a.m. till 8 p.m. , every 30 min . It you'll cost you about 1 eur .
If you stay in Constanta and want to go to Mamaia for a walk you can take bus 40( from Railway Station or center ) and get down to the last station (cap linie ) near Malibu Hotel . It will cost you only 0.45 eur . Here starts Mamaia resort .
Taxis are expansive and the streets are crowded in summer and if you use your own car , parking is a great problem !
I recommend buses !
