A very nicely designed bar that gets packed Friday nights; though it's been rumored that local thugs and ladies of ill repute are often in attendance. Avoid them and you'll have no problems.

If you're into strobe lights, loud music of various genres, and droves of young things wearing little clothing with studs trying to impress them, then Rosa is the place for you.
It's really the only dancing option in town, and is always good for people watching if nothing else.
Dress Code: Guys - no shorts or sandals
Ladies - judging by what the locals wear short skirts or tight pants are required
