Carei Nightlife

In the heart of Careis old town you will find a small entrance to an historical building. By day you can eat at the elegant (relative i mean...)Bucuresti restuarant which has a very pleasent terrace for the hot season.
At day time the side of the building that faces the streets is closed with grates. At night, when the small kids already sleep it opens... there is a good bar and loud music and even a small fountain inside where some drunk people sometimes try to swim... :)

Dress Code: Regular Clubwear will be great... or maybe some Hip-Hop style clothes.

At first, I didnt know how to describe this place, as a nighlife site or as a restaurant. after delving into the issue, i decided that the best category to put it is in the nightlife.
The Karam is a beautiful terrace, lcated in the old castles gardens. the terrace is covered and there is a great atmosphre at the place all the summer, at winter its closed (well, the romanian wintrer is very cold, so who will wanna seat in a terrace when the temp is about -20...).
The Karam is a great place to come and to have a short chat with a friend, while drinking something or having an ice-cream (althugh the place also sells some real food, but i wont recommnd it as your first option).
In the summer evenings, especially at weekends, the Karam becomes the place where the people (especially the younger generation) of Carei come to have good time, sometimes it can get so crowded that there is simply no more space to sit down...
At the "City Days Festival" (the end of Augost) the Karam changes its look. The tables and the benches are put aside, so the place became a large dancing floor, the DJ's spot is on the roof and the beer machine is the most pupolar place in the terrace. The party continiues every night, for 3 days in a row... its something that you really shouldnt miss!!!
