I could not find one single street indications in the city centre which I found pretty weird as it is a touristic city, plus I was coming from Belgrade where the tourist indications were excellent and spread all over the city centre.
Unique Suggestions: Get a map.
Fun Alternatives: Stress the poor lady of the tourist info as I did.

take care to the roads. in this moment (18.08.2006), the city is under constructions. The roads are not the strongest point in Romania

Fun Alternatives: the city is not SO big. let your car somewer (buy a TELPARK ticket for parking. If you forget about this Telpark, you may have an adventure to retrieve the car, and also you must payfine arrownd 150 euro) and cross it by foot. you can enjoy it.
