Nobbe Says: The best place for nightlife I visited in Mamaia was a place called La Cucaracha. The place itself is next to the beach, and during the weekends when this place is really crowded you can dance on the beach. Come as you are.

Nobbe Says: The buses are really modern and an easy way to travel in Mamaia. There goes plenty of them every hour to and from Constanta.

Nobbe Says: A more cheap way instead of the taxi, to getting around in Mamaia, or to visit the town Constanta is to take the bus. One way ticket costed around 15.000 LEI. 10.000 LEI = 2.5 SEK = $0.33

Mamaia is a nice resort with plenty of hotels and restaurants, and of course a very long and clean beach next to the Black Sea. A lot of Romanian people goes here during their summer holiday as well...
