Now, I heard a lot of bad about Romanian trains; everybody said they were dirty, crowded and slow... well, ok, maybe most of them is not that clean, still they're very cheap and the trail is pretty large, so I think it's worth. Plus I really doubt they're more dangerous than our Polish trains, for I was travelling by night, alone, and nothing bad happend - just the opposite, I had a very nice time and met very nice people... of course, if you're used to the highest standards, taking a "personal" in Romania will be sort of a shock to you, but see, if all the World looked the same there wouldn't be any reason to move your ass and explore ;) Leave a Comment Theme: TrainWebsite: www.cfr.ro - Romanian Railways (for trains' schedule) Other Contact: Romanian _Bat's homepage

The most important railway company in Romania is CFR (Caile Ferate Romane) The transport with the train, on the Romanian ways is reasonably priced and is good organised. The international trains are clean and relative comfortable. Many trains drive everyday into diverse directions of Europe. The national trains are inexpensive, but they drive slowly and the conditions are not so good. The exception is “Sageata Albastra”, an intercity train that drive very rapidly, is clean, and modern. There are Persons trains or wares trains. Leave a Comment
