Walking from Vama Veche northwards on the beach, after an hour-long trip you will eventually arrive in the small village called 2 Mai, a place which some preffer to the increasingly crowded Vama Veche.
This picture is taken on that path, and is overlooking Vama Veche

No, there isn't any in the picture.
The picture is of the small bay protecting the village. The nudist area is in the background, where the bluff is.

This is such a nice place to have a meal in Vama Veche. Their best dishes are being cooked in huge pots in the morning. So I would reccomend not going later then 2 PM for lunch. The atmosphere is really relaxed and most of the times you can listen to classic Romanian folk music.
Favorite Dish: The Beef Gulyas which was cooked in a huge pot.

Address: On the Pathway parallel to the beach shore

Favorite thing: This is the road coming in from Mangalia into Vama Veche. Vama Veche is a small village that nowadays is developing pretty much chaotically, which led to many complaints from the civil society.

Favorite thing: This stray dog lays in a self-made hole and enjoys the sun. One could say that such a picture is possible because no one really takes care of the beach, but I'm sure that it's plausible to see this in other seaside resorts in Romania.
