No. 82 Marshrutka runs. It costs 25 rubles per passenger and baggage. Not familiar with foreigners. Also there is No.1 bus, but it has very few operation in a day, is not useful. Price of taxi would be 800 rubles.
If you want to catch a Marshrutka (especially in the city), you have to raise your hand to show a signal to get on it, otherwise it could pass over a bus stop!

Favorite thing: GSM-800/1800 - fed. Megafon,MTS,Beeline ($0,04 to mobile, but cheaper intercity/international).
GSM-1800 - local Tele2 ($0,01 to local mobile, $0,12 to local, $3,5 starter kit).
DAMPS-800 - Tele2 ($0,04 to local mobile).
CDMA-800 - Veres, Svyaz'Inform - ($0,04 to local mobile, $0,1 to local).
GSM phone in shop $40-1000.
