If you have allergies be aware in June the ZILLIONS of cottonwood trees are shedding their "fluff". (In the picture, notice the cottonwood tree - the white is NOT flowers - and the piles of "fluff" drift on the ground.)

Helpfulness
This is a major industrial city and the smog is TERRIBLE. I would definitely warn those who have breathing problems to not come to Chelyabinsk.
