Marvellous geological features
Besides the 10 "well-known" (is anything well-known in Kamchatka??) destinations described in my Must-See Activities, Kamchatka is an endless wonder of nature, in particular for geologists.Here is for example a big huge lava flow, frozen in time and it cooled so quick that it shrank on itself and formed columnar joints.
