Everywhere in the cenral part of the town there are a lot of open-air cafes and restaurants which are full of tourists. The food is good everywhere and the time for cooking for you depends on the quantity of the tourists in the cafe :-). I like the place named Arbat-Pizza, near of the Summer Theater. Good food and nice calm atmosphere without noisy music.

Kuban wine, with on top the Fanagoria (kind of grape) is sweet. This because the sun is stronger then in many other winecountries. There is a wide variety in wines and so one can take a pick from Portwines to dry whites and from the famous Russian champagne to a fruity red.
Favorite Dish: My personal favourit is the "Southern night", a darkred sweet and strong wine.
