This club has a beach theme. Most people are very young-probably in the early 20's. Mostly girls-started night at 90-10 percent girls and by midnight there was probably 70-30 percent girls. All of them were beautiful, many looked like models. Drinks were expensive and they gave you a card to charge your drinks on and you better keep it or you will be charged 3500 rubles! Nice atmosphere and fun dancing.
Dress Code: Nothing noticeable. Girl on dance floor was wearing bikini so it sounds like they are not big on dress codes!

Great (new) cafe along Krasnaja Ulitsa with an even better roof terrace. From here you see over Krasnaja and can watch the people walk by, dressed up for the evening and night. The drinks that can be ordered have a wide variety and can be said to be outstanding. Cocktails for everyone!

The entertainment island of Krasnodar, in the river Kuban, has recently become a hotspot for nightlife. Here are many bars, cafe's, restaurants and places where one can enjoy the traditional Russian shaslik (actually from Georgian origin). The island is especialy a great place to listen to live music and taste a (fast advancing North) Caucasus culture. Often somewhat Middle Eastern sounds are heard here and with the heat still slumbering in the evening and night, it's just great to be somewhere outside and dance the day to an end.
Dress Code: As said: Russian have the tendensy to overdress up for any occassion. You might follow their example or just enjoy the fine dressed up ladies and sometimes also guys.

New in Krasnodar (opened June 2005) is the new "Club Digger" in the centre. This club, housed in a basement just of Krasnaja Ulitsa, is a very peculiar place. It's interior consists of a wide variety of technical equipment, motorparts, pipelines etc. The servants are dressed in red overall's. Club Digger often offers live music, such as rock, blues and jazz. Besides a wide range in common and strange cocktails, the kitchen also serves Japanese dishes.
Dress Code: In Russia everyone always (over)dresses up for the occassion.

Russians are outdoor people and in this region it is also very pleasant as the weather is more often nice and warm. Popular meetingplaces for Krasnodar-youth: Park behind the warmonument where also artists sell their paintings etc., Pushkin-square (near the library), the park at the end (or beginning) of Krasnaja Ulitsa (where also a small lunaparc is), parks along this main avenue and on the other side the Avrora cinema-square with fountains and the huge statue of a woman standing tall holding a star up.
