The monument of St.Catherine is located in Krasnaya Street downtown.
The eight-meter statue of St.Catherine stands om a huge pedestal in the form of a bell.
Vitaly Shanov, a sculptor from Moscow, created this composition.
You can see four angels and a fountain around it.
The new monument became a popular place with newly-weds who come here on their wedding day.
St.Catherine is also the well-known patroness of lovers !
