Especially the younger Russians love to blow off steam in the evenings. In this region that is mostly done outside (weather is warm and so are the evenings and nights). Either on terraces of cafés, bars or restaurants, or in parks and public places. The long warm evenings throughout the year make this very possible and the youngsters - in their curiosity towards non-Russians - that speak other languages then thier own, are very willing to take you into their group and chat until (very) late.In contrast to the music in most Western nightlife-spots, here a band is playing their own music or covers from all over the world. Recommendation: oOne of the bands that should be listened to, whenever the opportunity is offered is the Rock-band from Krasnodar itself: Old House. The offer an wide reportoir of self-written songs as well as covermusic.
