This is very strange monument to the first commissars of Lipetsk (killed during the Civil War in 1920-s).
One can see pipes and smokes of Novolipetsk Iron and Steel Works right behind this small funeral orchestra. So, it could be called "Funerals of the Nature".
Locals call this strange group in the Upper Park - Monument to the Beatles. ;-)

This funny signs are just beside "Petrovski spusk". Top sign shows the direction to the Holly Assumption Monastery, and bottom one states: "Right speed - guarantee of safety..."
What does that mean? Who knows? ;-))))
