On the monastery grounds there are at least two simple cafes where you can get a wide range of snacks as well as hot and cold drinks.
At the cafe near the entrance to the monastery I got myself an apple pastry which was very yummy and with 12 Rubles (approx. 0.3 Euro) very cheap.

Located across the street and under the underpass from the monasteries is this little place. They made good sausage rolls and Miyuki liked their sweet rolls. Its not expensive, maybe 35 or 40 cents per item.

A cheerful and inexpensive place for a quick lunch and a cup of freshly brewed coffee is Cafe Posadskoye, located opposite the monastery at 22 Prospekt Krasnoi Armii, just across from Sberbank. Restaurant and Bar Russky Dvorik serves more expensive traditional Russian fare. You won't miss this wooden building as you approach the monastery from the train station. And for those who find eating a hamburger next to an ancient monastery thrilling can simply follow the signs to the Golden Arches.
