in winter, Irtish river is iced, and if the temperature is quite cold for enough days, it is even possible walk on it...

during hot summer days (in summer, also in siberia is hot) is the ideal place to relax under the sun, get bronzed, have a refreshing swim in Irtish river (the latter, maybe, it's not so convenient)
