Nautilus: Hardcore dance club
Oh boy, this place is the bomb! Lots of dancing. Very very nice place! The people there are a little young for me. I'd say from 18 thru mid twenties. If your an american, you'll probably get alot of attention. Drink prices are expensive. So bring alot of cash. They will not take american dollars. Most places in Vladivostok don't. I will leave an web address for you convinence. www.naut.bf51.info / Email firstname.lastname@example.org. The club is located in a hotel. I am not sure of the name of the hotel. I do know you have to enter the clud on the rooftop. Have to walk down several steps. Door fee I think is 100 or 200 rubals. Another place is named Dobbermins. Its located right in town. The crowd there is a little older and another kool place to club
Dress Code: No sneakers or shorts. Casual wear
Dance House: Dance till morning
This is a popular dance place in Vladivostok. The interior is "garage" design. The music is mainly "techno". There are two floors, the dance floor is at the lower level. You can watch people dancing from the upper floor. Prices are moderate.
Bi Ba Bo: Relaxed bar
This is quite a fashionable, although comfortable bar with friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere. The food was good - we had fish, which was fresh and tasty, with grilled vegetables, also good. It's not expensive and has a good choice of drinks. Location is convenient, near the train station and it stays open till late. We found this place on our first night and went back several times during our stay in Vladivostok having tried other places and not managing to find another as good for a drink and chat with friends - definitely my favourite night spot in the town. Friday and Saturday nights you may need to book if you arrive later.

Cannot remember: Night Dance Club
In 1996, when I visited as a Marine, there was a club (disco as they call it) on the Sea of Japan were we danced half the night and had a great time. It is fun but the key is to know russian or go with friends.
Dress Code: Anything goes. Much like America but the style is about 10 years behind, though everyone presented themselves very clean and nice.
